5. The GoblinFX 1:4 Setup

The GoblinFX 1:4 Setup refers to an educational Risk-to-Reward planning framework.

It does not mean that every trade will achieve a four-times reward relative to the planned risk.

A trade may:

• Reach its Stop Loss
• Fail to reach the planned target
• Experience slippage
• Move unpredictably because of market conditions
• Produce a different result from historical examples

6. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and use our services under the laws applicable to you.

If you are below the legal age required to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you should use GoblinFX services only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where permitted.

7. Bootcamp Registration

Users may register their interest in or enrol in GoblinFX educational programs through the website, social-media channels, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other authorised methods.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when registering for a program.

GoblinFX may refuse or cancel enrolment where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Fees and Payments

Where GoblinFX charges fees for a Bootcamp, course, class, membership, or other service, the applicable price should be communicated before payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your payment information is accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You understand the applicable price before making payment

Third-party payment processors or financial institutions may apply their own fees, exchange rates, and terms.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may depend on the particular GoblinFX program, service, and stage of delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, requesting a refund does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.

GoblinFX does not require students to provide sensitive account-access credentials through public website forms or community messages.
